Happy long holiday weekend my favorite crafty couples! As we unofficially say goodbye to summer, we have a super chic beach stunner to remind you of all the fun and sun you’ve hopefully had this year. And now you know you have a doozie of a wedding coming your way when even the photographer gets in on the craftin’ action! Jennifer and David’s incredible Islamorada, FL was handmade from flowers to food. Kristen Weaver Photography happens to be a close friend of the bride, and as the only hired vendor present on the day of, she not only snapped up some ridiculously gorgeous “please-don’t-go-summer” kind of photos, but also snipped a bouquet or two!
From decor to stationery friends and family all gathered together to create this al fresco fete. I don’t know about you, but I’m totally loving the gorgeous banquet style table with simple white and sea glass shades. And while the gorgeous blooms came form Potomac Florals Wholesalers, I must say Jenny and Dave’s buds created some pretty awesome bouquets. I love the understated elegance that this whole day holds with just a few rustic chic touches like the awesome burlap and bling bound bouquet!

While I’m surrounded by beautiful weddings day in and day out, this classic combination of chic and homemade meets steel drum accompanied seaside beauty has me both longing for summer to last a little bit longer and end so I can plan a beach side getaway in the winter. In any event, a big thanks to Kristen Weaver Photography for sharing such a stunning wedding. Congratulations Jennifer and David!
