Forgive me crafties. I have a confession. I am weak. At least once month I commit wedding adultery. Sometimes, it can even be more than once in a week. And this week, I think I have another new favorite. It’s no excuse I know, but I truly can’t help it. I’m bombarded with amazingly talented images from photographers like Laura Burlton who somehow captures some sweet and beautiful moments with a sexy vintage flair. Through a keen eye and perfect use of light the essence of love exuding not only from a totally awesome couple like Sally and Christopher, but also from the details they and their bestest buds created is captured in every last image! After you see all of the bridal fashions, the carefully curated tablescapes, down to the tables and benches to eat this homemade spread, you’ll have a better understanding of why sometimes, I just can’t resist a gallery of brilliant photos and country vintage perfection!
Sally and Christopher met while she was getting a tattoo in San Antonio and Christopher was her artist. So when two cool creatives like this get together you know no detail will be overlooked. Sally’s mother and MIL made all of the bridal party dresses, including Sally’s beautiful gown! And all of the little decor details from china to centerpieces were hand collected in resale shops, Sally made all of the napkins and runners, and even even the tables and benches were handmade!
The gorgeous cake was made by a bud and everything was perfectly accented by the rural property of Sally and Christopher’s new home. Along with their lovely new abode, they plan on opening a tattoo shop together now that they are legal within the city limits of Temple, TX. Sally and Christopher’s inky love was enhanced by the little cosmic connection that made them the perfect fit with Laura Burlton Photography who happens to share the same Texas bride/UK groom connection, and captured this amazing day so brilliantly. Thanks for sharing Laura Burlton Photography! Congratulations Sally and Christopher!
