One of the best things about having a DIY wedding is how much control you have over the final look of your event. It can be as over the top as you (and your budget) allow, or as simple as you would like. The wedding of Sarah and Alex had a garden setting for the ceremony and used a historic inn for their reception. The couple let the sites speak for themselves while highlighting the celebration with a few embellishments here and there in the form of flowers and poms (and silly string!).
