This easy crockpot lasagna is perfect for a chilly fall day or as a crowd pleaser for any dinner party.
- Pasta sauce
- Lasagna noodles
- Mozzarella cheese
- Ricotta cheese
- Chopped Veggies- I used onions, peppers, and mushrooms
- Prep 20 minutes
- Cook time 2 hours
- This couldn’t be any easier.
Start with a layer of tomato sauce in the bottom of the crockpot.
Break pieces of the lasagna noodles to layer on top of the sauce.
Spread a thin layer of ricotta cheese on top of the noodles.
Next, sprinkle a layer of the mozzarella cheese.
Then, add the chopped vegetables.
Now it is time to repeat all the steps! Sauce, noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, and veggies.
To finish add a layer of sauce, a layer of noodles, one more layer of sauce, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake on high for 2 hours, cut a slice, and enjoy!
*Every crockpot is a different size, so the ingredients may vary. I used 1/2 an onion, 2 peppers, 7 mushrooms, 1/2 a box of pasta, and 2 cups of sauce and cheeses.
